Orders for available items placed on weekdays before 10 AM are shipped the same day via DHL. Orders placed after 10 AM will be shipped no later than the next business day. All shipments can be tracked with DHL. We’ll send you the tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Alternatively, just send us a short email with your order number to info@bowrilla.de.
For returns within Germany, we provide a free DHL return label – either as a QR code for the post office or as a printable version.
